After getting his license and finding success as an adjuster, Adam became a passionate advocate for careers in insurance adjusting. But the journey wasn’t a simple one. Information about the job and the licensing process was scarce. If you didn’t know someone in the field, it was difficult to find direction or help. So began the idea of creating a company that did just that: helped people get licensed, get into the business, and be successful. What started as one state licensing course has since grown into the nation’s leading provider of insurance adjuster licensing, exam prep, and continuing education courses. Now, with All-Lines Training, we are expanding our knowledge and one-of-a-kind training platform into the producer market.
Dan has been the driving force behind AdjusterPro's online presence, marketing vision, and industry-leading blog. He teamed up with his friend Adam in 2005, just as Adam was starting his live training sessions. From the beginning Dan has been strongly committed to providing a truly exceptional experience for AdjusterPro’s students - one that goes beyond a licensing course to offer unparalleled customer service and resources to support our students every step of the way. Refusing to ever become complacent, Dan has always pushed our company and our team to do more and be more for our customers. Relaunching All-Lines Training is the next big step in reaching our companies goals.
Melissa lives in Arizona and joined AdjusterPro in 2007. After spending time in multiple departments, she moved into the role of CEO and Corporate Account Director in 2016. Melissa is truly the beating heart of All-Lines Training & AdjusterPro and ensures we remain dedicated to building a positive company culture and live up to our core values.
Ben lives in Kansas and has been with AdjusterPro since August 2011. He manages our technological systems, stewards our finances, and oversees our human resources department. Basically, Ben keeps the variety of machines that power both of our companies oiled and running smoothly.
