    I liked the way you timed the videos and had lots of quizzes. I had a bug where i had to review answers in quiz before i could move onto next zone so maybe look into that

    The audio for the slideshows was inconsistent throughout the course. The volume level was different on each slide, sometimes even on the highest volume you couldn’t hear well enough. In some sections the voice was a different person altogether. Each chapter is broken down into sections and there’s a quiz for each section then an overall chapter quiz, when you complete these quizzes you have to wait for a timer to reach an undisclosed limit before you can move on. I felt like the time it took to complete the course was longer than 40 hours when you account for taking notes and studying. The practice exam and study bank quizzes weren’t thorough enough in my opinion compared to the Final Exam.

Compliance

To obtain your Florida Customer Service Representative (4-40) license, complete the following steps:

1. Meet the basic Florida Customer Service Representative (4-40) Licensing Requirements

    • Be a natural person at least 18 years of age
    • Be a resident of the State of Florida
    • Be a United States citizen or legal alien who possesses a work authorization from the United States Immigration and Naturalization Services

2. Complete the required Florida Customer Service Representative Course and pass the included state exam through All-Lines Training

3. Process and submit Fingerprints according to instructions at Florida Department of Financial Services (FLDFS) Fingerprinting Requirements

4. Submit application through MyProfile

  • Applicants concerned with criminal background questions on the application can view a list of Disqualifying Crimes provided by the state
  • You must submit your application within 4 years of receiving your certificate of completion

5. If required, submit Proof of Citizenship Documentation

6. Check to see if your license has been issued by logging into MyProfile

7.You must renew your Florida 4-40 License every two years. While there is no renewal fee, license-holders do need to complete 10 hours of continuing education every renewal period and submit proof to the state in order to stay compliant.

The 10 hours of CE must consist of the 4-Hour Florida Law and Ethics Update and an additional 6 hours of elective credits.
