Description

Florida 4-40 license holders are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years. Every license holder must take the 4-Hour Florida Law & Ethics Update course. You cannot repeat the same course within two years and receive ce credit.

Producer licenses are renewed on the last day of your birth month. You can renew your license through MyProfile. You can find instructions on how to check and monitor your CE compliance on the MyProfile Guide.

All-Lines Training’s continuing education courses are 100% online and can be completed at your own pace, wherever and whenever it’s convenient for you. The state has approved every course for CE credits, and we’ll even submit the documentation to your home state for you.

Compliance

You must renew your Florida 4-40 License every two years. While there is no renewal fee, license-holders do need to complete 10 hours of continuing education every renewal period and submit proof to the state in order to stay compliant.

The 10-hours of CE must consist of the 4-hour Florida Law and Ethics Update and an additional 6 hours of elective credits.
